(Original Caption) 2/13/1945-Germany- Photo of a POW from Lucer Mines, IN, soldier from the 513th Parachute Regiment, who was captured by the Germans in the vicinity of Bastogne on January 7th. He was rescued by the 4th Infantry Division, Third Army, when their troops pushed into Prum. He was treated roughly by the Germans, used as slave labor in construction jobs and repair work on railroads.
