HUSAYBA, IRAQ - FEBRUARY 17: U.S. Marines patrol February 17, 2007 in the Husayba, Iraq downtown market area. Husayba, a strategic border crossing with Syria along the Euphrates River, was overrun in June, 2014 by militants from the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, a Sunni-dominated extremist group.
