Staab/CBS via Getty Images) *** Earlier today (Wednesday, May 17) at the CBS Upfront presentation at Carnegie Hall, Jim Parsons and Iain Armitage introduced the trailer for the new single-camera, half-hour comedy YOUNG SHELDON as well as the shows additional cast members (Zoe Perry, Lance Barber, Raegan Revord and Montana Jordan). In the series, Armitage stars as 9-year-old Sheldon Cooper, who has a once-in-a-generation mind capable of advanced mathematics and science, which isnt always helpful in his East Texas town, where church and football are king. Perry and Barber play Sheldons parents and Revord and Jordan portray his siblings.
