Hungarian Foreign Minister Janos Martonyi (R) delivers the opening speech of the annual NATO Conference on Weapons of Mass Destruction, Arms Control, Disarmament and Non-proliferation at the Foreign Affairs bulding in Budapest on June 14, 2012. The conference, which has traditionally been organized in NATO member states since 2004, gives a chance to experts and government officials from member states, as well as from NATO partner countries from Europe, Asia, the Mediterranean, the Gulf and the Pacific region to discuss issues such as proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and disarmament.
