Peter Young, a former star fund manager at a top City bank, leaving City of London magistrates court today (Tuesday) where he stunned staff and onlookers when he appeared dressed as a woman. Disgraced Young, who was sacked from Morgan Grenfell two years ago, wore a light brown jumper and skirt with long hair and make-up for the short hearing.
