Flooding across Britain: Political response; Brown press conference SOT - It's pretty clear that some of the 19th century structures, we're dealing with infrastructure and where they were sited, that is something we're going to have to review, that will be part of the review that Hilary Benn has authorised, and equally at the same time we're going to have to look at drainage, surface water, river water and what we're going to be able to do in the future in relation to that / That's one of the reasons why we've increased the amount of money, but obviously that is something we'll continue to look at
