Oregon Senator Jeff Merkley says in debate on the war powers resolution to withdraw troops from Yemen that if the United States was in a minor involvement as had participated thousands of times in on a daily basis involved with coordination, it was not, the airstrikes by Saudi Arabia had produced one of the worst humanitarian situations in the world, including one, the prior month that killed children and paramedics after a first bomb dropped.
