VA Secretary says Veterans Group Funded by Koch Brothers

Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs Robert McDonald answers the question of if reporter about accountability in his department at a breakfast sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor by reading the figure of 2900 employees terminated since he became secretary. Asked about anger towards his department, McDonald says that he is not a politician, that he is a businessman, that he does not need this job. McDonald answers sternly that he is a veteran who went to west point now with no disks in his lower back because of 55 parachute jumps, which he says that he thinks veterans find somewhat refreshing. Asked about opposition to a bill by the Concerned Veterans of America, McDonald interrupts the reporter to know that it is not a veteran service organization, but rather a political action committee. McDonald tells the reporters that his statement was wrong, that the Concerned Veterans of America is not veteran service organization, in fact funded by the Koch brothers, a small group of veterans who have a political agenda.
