A Tigertail Sea Horse (Hippocampus comes) is camouflaged swimming across the ocean floor. A rare site as they usually hide in coral. Listed as a Threatened Species on the IUCN red list, due to targeted fishing for Traditional medicine and the aquarium trade. Their numbers have declined 30-50% in recent years. Seahorses are known to be asexual i.e. able to reproduce alone to ensure the survival of the species. The location is Ko Haa, Andaman Sea, Krabi, Thailand.
