Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders says as a supplemental FBI background check on Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh wound down that his initial judgment of Kavanaugh was right that Kavanaugh would participate in a hard right that had ruled on Citizens United that billionaires have the right to undermine democracy with as much money as they want for electing candidates who represent the wealthy and powerful and Sanders feared if Kavanaugh joined the Court he would take Citizens United even further.
