Death Toll Climbs During Philippines' War on Drugs

The death toll from the Philippines' war on drugs initiated by President Rodrigo Duterte has climbed to over 3,500, including Maria Aurora Moynihan, the daughter of a British Baron, which has become one of the highest profile victims since Duterte took office in June.
