BAGHDAD, IRAQ - MARCH 6: A U.S. soldier prays while holding the dog tags of Staff Sgt. Karl Soto-Pinedo of San Juan, Puerto Rico during his memorial ceremony March 6, 2007 at Forward Operating Base Falcon in Baghdad, Iraq. Soto-Pinedo, who was in the 1-18 of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team in the 1st Infantry Division, was killed February 27 by a sniper in Baghdad.
