Theresa May has been attempting to establish an agreed approach to Brexit amongst her Cabinet colleagues, before she delivers a much anticipated speech on the subject in Italy tomorrow. The men who most represent the different positions on Brexit within the cabinet - Boris Johnson and the Chancellor Phillip Hammond - were all smiles as they emerged from the two and half hour meeting together. The issue of how much money the UK will pay to leave has become the biggest sticking point in the negotiations and EU leaders are expecting Mrs May to say that the UK will honour its financial obligations, on 21st September, 2017 in London, England, UK
