"Steven Tyler: I think after the first record, we were tight with management back then. But they gave us a nice bump and we all got separate apartments, right, and bought Porsches. Joe Perry: But you know, it was always like once the rent was paid we really didn't pay that much attention to the money. It was nice having it to spend it but we're all just terrible business men and just like spending money. But it was never like the big thing, ""Wow, we're making all this now."" We were just really happy to be out there playing, and have dates booked, and go to new territories to play and all that. It was really best part of it."
