" Major rainstorm in Brandon _aused a lot of damage and flooding of residential and commercial areas. Over 6 inches of rain fell in an hour and a half and overwhelmed the cities drainage sewers. This river in the street was coming from downtown Brandon and washed out parts of the CP rail tracks a block south of us" said Christopher Beyette, author of the video.
